What is the returns policy?

We trust that you will be satisfied with your BezelHold purchase. However, if you would like to request for a return, we offer a 15-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof or purchase. You may contact us at info@bezelhold.com to begin the return process.

Return shipment charges and any taxes are to be borne by the customer. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels, as shipping rates constantly vary and we trust our customers to find the most economical and efficient way to send back their order.

Please note that all orders have to be shipped back to our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong.

We are unable to provide free returns as we offer complimentary shipping worldwide and therefore, are unable to absorb return shipping fees as well. We sincerely hope our customers understand that we are a niche, specialty business which does not have the same scale as large corporations. 

Are there any cancellation and restocking fees?

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been dispatched. However, please note that we will apply a modest surcharge of US$25 per item, to cover the costs associated with inspection, relabelling, repacking, and restocking.
